01 — Lawn & Landscape Care

Keep the living parts of the property on rhythm.

Recurring lawn and landscape maintenance is organized around actual property measurements, vegetation present, maintenance condition and the seasonal schedule. EPM handles the recurring work while keeping the scope visible in My EPM.

SERVICE 01

Lawn Maintenance

Recurring mowing, trimming, maintained edging and final blowing for mowable turf areas.

Seasonal frequency adjusts with growth.
SERVICE 02

Preventative Weed Care

Preventative and selective weed-management practices appropriate to the maintained lawn and property conditions.

Application timing is property and season dependent.
SERVICE 03

Landscape Bed Maintenance

Recurring maintenance of qualifying beds, including routine weed and debris management within the approved scope.

Corrective bed restoration is identified separately.
SERVICE 04

Shrub & Hedge Maintenance

Maintenance shaping and trimming of maintenance-ready shrubs and hedges within EPM service boundaries.

Overgrown restoration may require corrective work first.
SERVICE 05

Manageable Tree Maintenance

Routine light maintenance for accessible trees that fall within EPM's manageable-tree scope.

Large, hazardous or specialized arborist work is outside recurring maintenance.
02 — Exterior Cleaning

Clean before neglect becomes obvious.

Exterior cleaning services are scheduled around the materials, surfaces, access and conditions actually present at the property. The goal is recurring presentation and maintenance—not waiting until buildup becomes a major project.

SERVICE 06

House Soft Washing

Low-pressure exterior cleaning for qualifying building surfaces using an EPM-approved soft-wash process.

Material compatibility and access are confirmed during assessment.
SERVICE 07

Exterior Window Cleaning

Recurring exterior glass cleaning based on the actual pane count, access and approved property scope.

Interior window cleaning is separate unless specifically included.
SERVICE 08

Gutter Cleaning

Removal of routine gutter debris from accessible gutter systems with customer-visible service documentation.

Repair, replacement and specialty access remain separate.
SERVICE 09

Roof Cleaning

Property-specific roof cleaning for qualifying roof materials, conditions and safe-access situations.

Roof condition and access are assessed before inclusion.
SERVICE 10

Solar Panel Cleaning

Periodic cleaning for accessible solar panels when present and compatible with the approved maintenance plan.

Availability depends on roof and access conditions.
03 — Hard Surfaces & Exterior Features

Keep the surfaces around the home presentable.

Driveways, walks, patios and qualifying exterior features accumulate visible soil and organic buildup. EPM can place appropriate recurring cleaning into the same maintenance system as the rest of the property.

SERVICE 11

Surface Cleaning

Cleaning of qualifying concrete and hard surfaces such as driveways, sidewalks, patios and porches.

Heavy restoration and specialty staining are assessed separately.
SERVICE 12

Fence Cleaning

Periodic cleaning of qualifying fence faces and materials when the condition is appropriate for maintenance cleaning.

Fence repair, replacement and major restoration are separate work.

Property-specific corrective cleaning

Oil, rust, paint and other specialty stains may require separate corrective treatment rather than recurring maintenance. When EPM identifies that condition, it is handled transparently outside the normal maintenance scope.

Seasonal Decorations

Seasonal curb appeal without another project to manage.

EPM's seasonal property direction is focused on homeowner exterior decorating—setup, takedown and property-focused seasonal presentation rather than unrelated event decorating. Seasonal booking is offered when service windows are available.

Easter option: qualifying seasonal packages may include an egg service such as supplying, filling, placing and later collecting eggs around the property.

How services become a plan

You choose what should be managed. EPM builds the system around the property.

2

We assess the actual property

EPM records the measurements, counts, access conditions and objective property facts needed for the selected services.

3

Review one coordinated plan

Your proposal shows the selected recurring services, schedule and complete plan investment. Internal estimating formulas stay internal.

Service questions

What homeowners should know.

Do I have to include all 12 services?

No. Start with the exterior services you want EPM to manage. The Property Assessment and proposal are built around the selected scope and the actual property.

What if part of the property needs restoration before recurring maintenance?

EPM identifies corrective work separately from normal recurring maintenance. That keeps the recurring Property Maintenance Plan focused on maintenance-ready scope.

Will every service happen on the same visit?

No. Services are organized into the property's maintenance schedule and grouped into Service Visits when the timing and work make sense together.

Where do I see what is scheduled?

My EPM keeps upcoming Service Visits, completed work, photos, payments, documents and customer-visible records connected to the property.

Ready to decide what EPM should manage?

Start with the property. Select the services you want managed, then EPM handles the assessment needed to build your plan.
